EBB Change FSC/PEFC Certification Body

In 2006, the Elliott Baxter Group (EBB) were the first independently owned paper merchant in the UK to achieve both FSC and PEFC chain of custody certification. We are constantly reviewing our key suppliers to ensure service excellence. After nearly 17 years of being with BM Trada as our accredited certification body for FSC and PEFC, we have decided to move to Interface NRM. Interface NRM are one of the leading independently owned certification bodies within the UK, and we look forward to partnering with them over the coming years. The move to Interface NRM means our certificate codes will be changing. At the moment, our certificate code appears on all of our delivery notes and invoices to help to maintain traceability of the product against the FSC and PEFC standards. After we move, there may therefore be a short period of time where some documents show our old “BM Trada” certificate numbers. According to the FSC and PEFC guidelines, we have up to 3 months to change to our new codes, but we are hoping to have this completed within a few weeks. Please rest assure that we will maintain full traceability of all products as normal during this transition, and will always be complying with FSC and PEFC guidelines. To avoid any confusion and potential non-conformances, you will need to update any internal documents to our new certificate number that you use to check our paperwork.
