Charlton Sales move to Thurrock

The new 52,000 sq ft facility in Thurrock replaces the current site in Charlton and has a capacity for 8,000 pallets and 2,000 tonnes of reels. The move is much needed as sales growth in the local area has meant that the old Charlton site was outgrown two years ago. The new facility allows EBB to increase stock in both volume and range, improving efficiency by relying less on our internal trunking system for stock, leading to Thurrock becoming a 'self-sufficient' branch. It also means that our stationery subsidiary, EBB Office (formerly based in Gravesend) can share the facility. |
