Elliott Baxter becomes the main sponsor of Aldershot Town FC

Elliott Baxter & Company Limited are please to announce that they have become the main sponsor of Aldershot Town Football Club for a period of two years starting 1st July 2008. Aldershot Town FC were promoted last season into the Football League. This means that for the next two seasons, EBB Paper will be on the front of the Shots playing shirts and the home ground for the club has been renamed "The EBB Stadium at The Recreation Ground". In addition, the club's away strip will be re-designed into EBB's distinctive yellow and black colors. John McGinty, Chairman of Aldershot Town Football Club, said "We have secured sponsorship for the next two years, critical in the ongoing development of the club. EBB has a long term relationship already in place at the club and this elevates it to a new and exciting level." Long standing supporter Tim Elliott, Managing Director of EBB, further commented that "We are delighted that EBB has secured this position as main sponsor of Aldershot Town Football Club. We look forward to a close working relationship with the club as they enter the exciting realms of the Football League". |
