Elliott Baxter is delighted to announce the opening of a new branch in Newcastle. The new facility is 20,000 sq feet with a capacity to hold 2,000 pallets of assorted stock. The Newcastle operation brings the EBB network up to 11 storage and distribution centres throughout England with a stock capacity of over 25,000 pallets. At the same time as the additional storage facility in the North EBB has recruited 3 new salesmen to expand its southern sales area. Mel Wheeler and David Plummer have joined the EBB Bristol team. The aim is to further increase the EBB presence in South Wales and Gloucestershire areas. Steve Spinks has also been recruited to open up a new area for EBB in Norfolk and Suffolk. Steve joins EBB with 28 years paper experience selling to customers in East Anglia. “Our recent expansions and recruitment show a commitment and desire from EBB to further strengthen our position as the leading independent paper supplier in the UK” said Tim Elliott. “Entering these new areas will give the local customers an opportunity to experience dealing with a truly independent merchant and offer a genuine choice of supplier” he added. |
