Sappi GalerieArt Rebranded as Sappi Magno for UK Market
June 2022
Sappi Europe in partnership with Elliott Baxter & Company Limited (the EBB group) are delighted to announce that as from 6th June 2022 the Sappi GalerieArt range will be rebranded as Sappi Magno for the UK and Irish markets.
The range stocked exclusively in the UK and Ireland by EBB will continue to include three coated products (Magno Gloss, Magno Matt and Magno Satin), from 80 to 450 gsm.
The Magno brand name is known throughout the world as the leading coated woodfree paper, offering exceptional quality and consistency along with an unrivalled range of weights and finishes, paired with worldwide distribution. The product has always been marketed as Sappi GalerieArt in the UK and Ireland, and the decision to bring branding inline with the rest of the world shows a commitment to continued, reliable supply and consistent message globally.
The majority of the Magno range has been certified for HP Indigo digital printing, meaning that printers who produce both offset and digital can rely on the same consistent sheet standard across print technologies.
The EBB group is one of the UK and Ireland’s leading paper distributers with a wide product range and an unrivalled reputation for service.
Speaking for EBB, Chris Sandwell, Group Sales & Marketing Director, said: “We see the move to rebrand GalerieArt to Magno as a logical evolution, supporting the Mill global brand will help consolidate the No1 position as the leading coated paper worldwide”.
Magno is the primary brand of woodfree coated from SAPPI and recognised across the globe, Our continued investment in local stocks make Magno “the Coated Choice” for Commercial Printer and publishers across the UK”.
