EBB Announce a Unique Partnership with SAPPI

Elliott Baxter is delighted to announce a unique partnership with SAPPI for the exclusive supply of Coated Papers from Jan 2019. SAPPI, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of wood free coated paper in sheets and reels, will be the sole supplier of material stocked by EBB under the market leading brand name - GalerieArt.
GalerieArt is one of the largest selling coated papers globally and is manufactured by SAPPI paper mills in Europe, primarily at Gratkorn Mill in Austria. Gratkorn produces approximately 1 million tonnes of Woodfree Coated paper annually which makes it the largest paper mill in Sappi Europe’s operations which have a total output of approximately 3.5 million tonnes of paper. In a changing market with many European mills under threat of closure or conversion to other fibre based products it was very important to EBB to secure long term sustainable supply. EBB, who are the UK market leader in the supply of coated sheets to the UK market, believes the unique deal with SAPPI will deliver for both parties.
Surety and availability of supply in the short to midterm are of paramount importance to EBB and its Customers and our ability to reliably supply customers is based on the reliability of our supply chain.
SAPPI Gratkorn is the largest wood free coated paper mill in Europe, it is integral to the SAPPI European and global supply. In recent years SAPPI have invested over €500 million euros in making their production facilities the most efficient in the market & sustainable for the long term.
As part of the Unique Partnership, EBB will increase stock levels and increase the stock range to make GalerieArt the most comprehensive coated paper range, with the highest stock levels and most choice for UK Printers.
